Author Bio
Melissa started reading in high school when she found her mom's romance book collection and has been hooked on books every since. She became a complete book-a-holic, starting her own collection and improving her reading skills. Most of the time she could finish a book walking around the store, while her mom shopped.
She wrote her first short story in high school for a competition in her writing
class. It was a child's book called 'Arnold
She has written many stories since then, but this will be her first YA paranormal/fantasy
and the first book she will have published.
She lived in Mesa , Arizona Hawaii

The storyline is extremely intriguing and character interactions are perfect. I think Araya is such a strong person and I truly respect her. After her life crumbles around her, she still continues on without regret. Ryland is super dreamy. I'd love to have him in my life. They are super cute together and he really does love Araya. The ending is super sweet ;)
I really love the way the chapters switch between characters. I'm a huge fan of getting into the character's minds as reading. It gives the reader different perspectives while reading and I felt like I was there. However, I'm not a fan of the same situation being repeated from both sides and that happened a couple of times, but nothing major and the story still progressed without stand stills.
Overall, I give this book a 5 out of 5 for a tough topic that was written very well and I really loved the characters personalities throughout. Thank you so much Melissa for allowing me to take a look into Araya and Ryland's lives and I can't wait to see what is to come. Great job, you rock!!! :)
